Bennett is the first North American manufacturer of Retail Hydrogen Refueling Equipment for passenger cars to receive MET Laboratories type approval. MET Laboratories is a Global leader of independent testing and certification for the operational safety and compliance of electro-mechanical equipment.
Bennett Hydrogen dispensers have been type certified to the following standards:
- ANSI/CSA HGV 4.1-2013; standard for hydrogen dispensing stations, March 2013
- NFPA 2; Hydrogen Technologies Code, 2016 Edition
- NFPA 496; Standard for Purged and Pressurized Enclosures for Electrical Equipment, 2013 Edition.
